1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Midjourney Prompt Generator ("the Service") at midjourney-prompt-generator.eu, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Midjourney Prompt Generator is an AI-powered tool that helps users generate and optimize prompts for AI models including Midjourney, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and others. The Service is provided by Pazaruvai Umno Ltd., a company registered in Bulgaria.
3. Accounts and Credits
Free accounts receive 3 prompt generations per day. Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Unlimited) provide higher monthly limits as described on the pricing page. Credits are non-transferable and expire at the end of each billing period. Unused credits do not roll over.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time through your account's billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, or that infringes third-party intellectual property. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy without notice or refund.
6. Intellectual Property
The prompts you generate are yours. We claim no ownership over output you create using the Service. The Service itself, including its design, code, and branding, remains the property of Pazaruvai Umno Ltd.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pazaruvai Umno Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sofia, Bulgaria.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
