• Account data — email address and name when you sign in via Google or Discord.
• Usage data — prompts you generate, credit consumption, and session timestamps.
• Billing data — payment method and billing address, processed and stored by Stripe. We never see your full card number.
• Analytics — page views and events via Google Analytics (anonymised IP).

3. How We Use Your Data

• To provide and improve the Service.
• To manage your subscription and enforce credit limits.
• To send transactional emails (receipts, subscription confirmations).
• To detect abuse and enforce our Terms of Service.

4. Third-Party Services

We share data with the following processors:

• Supabase — database and authentication (EU region).
• Stripe — payment processing.
• OpenAI — prompt generation. Prompts you submit are sent to OpenAI's API; see OpenAI's Privacy Policy.
• Google Analytics — anonymised usage analytics.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and Google Analytics cookies for usage measurement. You can disable analytics cookies in your browser settings.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us. Billing records are retained for 7 years as required by Bulgarian tax law.

As an EU resident you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, email info@midjourney-prompt-generator.eu. We will respond within 30 days.
